The way to love anything is to realize that it may be lost.

Friday was a red letter day in our happy household! Mara’s bag had been lost since she arrived on the 17th, but finally on the 27th, a full 10 days later, she has her bag which will take her through the school year π She was definitely enjoying the moment she first saw her bag! Life is sweet! β€

Glad the suitcase finally found itβs way. π
Thank you Irene! π It was a VERY happy day! I think she was starting to think she would never see it again.
Wow, Covid has made lost baggage even worse. 10 days is a long time. Glad the lost has been found. Cheers. Allan
Thank you Allan! π I think it was less Covid and more refusing to take responsibility. Brussels Airlines said it was United’s problem and vice versa. Once we found a couple people in the customer service department that were willing to help, things actually got done! π I am thankful for those kind souls that actually care! πβ€π
Glad to know that you have found it! Take care!
Thank you so much!! π I know Mara feels much more at home now that she has all her personal belongings! π Thanks for taking the time to comment! Have an awesome day! π
That’s amazing she could find her suitcase. I would give up if I lost mine. That’s a good lesson not to give up! Nice post, Beth!
HiRO
Thank you HiRO! π I know she was very sad and starting to despair, so it was so incredible when it finally arrived!! πππ
Great that her suitcase arrived π
Thank you! She was a VERY happy girl indeed! π
That’s awesome news! Wow that took a LONG time!
Yes, 10 days is a lifetime to anyone, but to a teenager with all her favorite clothing and shoes, it was definitely an eternity! It was a VERY happy day for Mara when we got that suitcase!! π
