May, 1990 – My college graduation with my sister, two brothers and brother-in-law (WOW…..we sure were young way back then!! 😉 )
Today’s WordPress Daily Prompt is as follows:
Another school semester will soon begin. If you’re in school, are you looking forward to starting classes? If you’re out of school, what do you miss about it — or are you glad those days are over?
Photographers, artists, poets: show us LEARNING.
Here’s a photo of my college graduation from Southwest State University (now SMSU) in Marshall, MN, May 1990. This marked the end of my formal education, but I’ve never stopped learning. I still enjoy taking community education classes and learning about new things in these classes or from other people or online or anywhere I can glean a bit of knowledge. Really, I think our brains start to atrophy when we stop learning, so feeding them new information keeps them fit and fabulous!
