    Good messages Beth. I always used the 2nd quote with my employees, when they were complaining about being asked to do something for Corporate, except, I changed the word “live” to “work”. I saw so many complain for 4 hours about simply doing a task that would take 20 minutes. I had no time for them. The Nike motto always came to mind “Just do it!”

      For sure, Allan! It is so much easier to just get the task done rather than whining about who is going to do it. Somedays it seems like the “little red hens” that do what needs to be done are few and far between. I guess it just makes us really appreciate the dedicated employees all the more! 🙂
